Common Causes
If you see errors such as “Failed,” “Reverted,” or “Error,” possible reasons include:
➤ Insufficient Gas Fees
Blockchain transactions require gas fees. If your wallet does not have enough native tokens (such as ETH, BNB, or SOL) to cover the fee, the transaction may fail or be rejected.
➤ Slippage Set Too Low
Crypto prices can be highly volatile. If your slippage tolerance is lower than market fluctuations, the transaction may fail due to price changes during execution.
➤ Network Congestion or RPC Issues
High network activity or unstable RPC node connections may cause transactions to time out or fail.
➤ Token Approval Issues
For certain tokens, you must complete an approval (Approve) step before trading. If approval is incomplete or the allowance is insufficient, the transaction cannot proceed.
➤ Insufficient Liquidity
If a trading pair lacks sufficient liquidity, large transactions may fail or result in excessive price impact.
➤ Insufficient Balance
Make sure your wallet balance is sufficient to cover both the transaction amount and gas fees. If your balance only equals the transaction amount, the transaction may fail due to insufficient fees.

A failed transaction usually does not deduct your principal. However, the gas fee is typically non-refundable, as validators have already processed the transaction. Please refer to the blockchain explorer for the final status.
How to Troubleshoot and Fix
If your transaction fails, try the following steps:
➤ Check Balance: Ensure you have enough native tokens to pay for gas fees
➤ Adjust Slippage: Increase your slippage tolerance (for example, from 0.5% to 1% or higher)
➤ Re-approve Token: Confirm that token approval (Approve) has been completed
➤ Switch Network / RPC Node: Change the RPC node in your wallet or try again later
➤ Reduce Transaction Size: If liquidity is low, try splitting the transaction into smaller amounts
