News Trading Feature Guide

At MyDex, we believe information is value. Through our unique AI + DEX architecture, MyDex brings together market news, AI-powered insights, and real-time trading, so you can identify potential trading opportunities directly from the [Discover] page without switching between news websites and trading platforms.

This guide explains how to use MyDex’s News & Trading feature together with AI insights to quickly access Spot, Futures, and Prediction Markets.

Step 1: Identify Market Signals on the [Discover] Page

Click [Discover] in the left navigation menu to enter MyDex’s aggregated news hub. The page brings together market information such as macroeconomic data, KOL opinions, breaking news, and regulatory developments.

💡 Key Features

• News Tags: News cards are labeled with tags such as Breaking, Macro, and Regulation, helping you quickly identify relevant market information.

   

• AI Analysis: Each news card includes an [AI Analysis] button in the lower-right corner. Click it to let AI summarize the key points, analyze the potential market impact, and help you understand the news more quickly.

   

• Direct Trading Access: When a news story is related to a specific asset, such as BTC, ETH, or NVDA, a [Related Tokens] button will appear below the card. Click it to open the trading panel directly without leaving the page.

   

Step 2: Get AI Strategy Insights

• Smart Risk Management Insights: After clicking [AI Analysis], AI will analyze market sentiment and provide insights related to position management and risk control.

Step 3: Execute a Trade

After reviewing the news and AI insights, click [Related Tokens] on the news card to open the trading window. MyDex supports Spot, Futures, and related Prediction Market trading.

Mode A: Spot Trading

1. Switch Tabs: Select [Tokens] at the top of the window.
2. View Token Details: The left panel displays information about the token, such as WBTC, including its overview, market capitalization, 24H trading volume, and historical price data.
3. Quick Trading: The right panel allows you to swap USDC for WBTC or customize the swap pair.
   • Use 25% / 50% / 75% / MAX shortcuts to quickly enter an amount.
   • Optimized Routing: The system automatically calculates slippage and Gas Fee to help provide a competitive swap price and routing option.

Mode B: Perpetual Trading

1. Switch Tabs: Select [Futures] at the top of the trading window.
2. Set Leverage: MyDex Futures currently supports Isolated Margin only, so no margin mode selection is required. Select your preferred leverage in the upper-right corner, such as 5x.
3. View Futures Data: The left panel displays information including Mark Price, Oracle Price, 24H Price Change, Trading Volume, Open Interest, and Funding Rate, which can be used as reference indicators when assessing market conditions.
4. Place an Order:
   • Select [Long] or [Short].
   • Select [Market Order] or [Limit Order].
   • If needed, enable and configure Take Profit / Stop Loss.
   • Click [Place Order] to submit your order.
   • Review the order details, then click [Place Order] to submit the order.

Mode C: Prediction Market Trading

1. Switch Tabs: Select [Prediction] at the top of the trading window.
2. Select a Prediction Market: Browse prediction events on the left and select the market and outcome you want to trade.
3. Transfer Funds to the Prediction Account: Your current prediction balance is displayed in the upper-right corner. If the balance is insufficient, click [Transfer] to move funds into your Prediction Market account.
4. Select an Action and Outcome:
   • Select [Buy] or [Sell].
   • Select [Yes] or [No] based on your view of the event outcome.
   • The prices shown next to Yes and No represent the current market prices and may change as trading activity changes.
5. Enter the Trade Amount: Enter the amount you want to use, or use the slider to adjust your order size. The estimated shares or proceeds will be displayed below, depending on the selected action.
6. Submit the Trade: Review the prediction event, selected action and outcome, price, and trade details, then click [Buy Yes] or the corresponding trading button to submit the order.

❗ Note: Prediction Market prices reflect market information and participant expectations and do not guarantee that a particular outcome will occur. After the event ends, the result will be determined according to the settlement rules published for that market. Please review the market conditions and deadline carefully before trading.
