You can easily withdraw tokens from MyDex to an external wallet or another platform. This guide walks you through the withdrawal process.

1. Withdraw Tokens on the App

Step 1: Log in to your MyDex account and go to the [Cat Home] page. Tap the button indicated by the arrow in the image below. On the Funds Overview page, tap [Withdraw].

Step 2: Enter the amount you want to withdraw.

Step 3: Tap the area indicated by the arrow to select a different withdrawal network if needed. After confirming the network, enter the withdrawal address and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the withdrawal.

2. Withdraw Tokens on Web

Step 1: Log in to your MyDex account and go to the [Cat Home] page. Click the button indicated by the arrow in the first image below. On the Funds Overview page shown in the second image, click [Withdraw].

Step 2: Enter the amount you want to withdraw.

Step 3: Click the area indicated by the arrow to select a different withdrawal network if needed. After confirming the network, enter the withdrawal address and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the withdrawal.

Notes

➤ Make sure the token, withdrawal network, and withdrawal address are correct before proceeding. Incorrect information could result in asset loss.

➤ Withdrawal arrival times depend on blockchain network conditions and are not controlled by MyDex. Network congestion may cause delays. You can find the transaction hash (TxID / Hash) in [Token History] to check the withdrawal status.
